Refund Policy

Returns 
If you are unsatisfied with your pattern purchase we can provide an exchange for another pattern or refund within 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. 

Sale items (if applicable) 
Only regular priced items may be refunded.  Sale items cannot be refunded however, they are eligible for an exchange for another pattern within 30 days of purchase. 

Proof of purchase or a receipt is required for returns and exchanges.
