Garter & Lace Scarf Pattern
This is a knitting pattern pdf!
A mix of garter stitch & bits of eyelet lace makes knitting interesting while you whip up a cozy and warm scarf. Great for beginner knitters looking to try a touch of lace. This easy to adjust pattern uses DK yarn, and is written to use up all of your yarn.
Finished Measurements: 78" x 10.5" / 198 cm x 25.5 cm after wet blocking
Yarn: 600 yds / 548.5 m DK or light worsted weight yarn. Sample knit using Misty DK by James C. Brett in R3.
Needle Size: US size 7 / 4.5 mm needles
Notions: Tapestry needle, blocking wires (optional)
Gauge: 18 sts = 4" / 10 cm in Garter Stitch after wet blocking (gauge is not overly important; however, it will alter yardage and finished measurements)
