A heart-shaped triangle shawl knit top-down with a garter stitch body and simple decorative eyelet spine with a slip stitch eyelet edging that’s completely reversible. Great for a first shawl!

Finished Measurements: Wingspan x depth at centre after wet blocking: 54 (78)” x 17.5 (24)” / 137 (198) cm x 44.5 (61) cm
Yarn: 400 (800) yds / 366 (732) m fingering weight yarn. Sample knit using Nubby Fingering by Red Sock Blue Sock, 80% Merino, 20% Nylon Neps, in Josephine.
Needle Size: US size 5 / 3.75 mm long circular needle for holding a large number of sts
Notions: Tapestry needle, stitch marker
Gauge: 22 sts = 4" / 10 cm in Garter Stitch after wet blocking (gauge is not overly important; however, it will alter yardage and finished measurements)
